Hello! My name is Pastor Paul Schuler, and I have the privilege of serving as the lead pastor at Anchored in Christ Lutheran Ministries. Currently, I am also serving as the interim principal of Salem Lutheran School which provides me with the opportunity to serve the Lord in two unique ways.

I was born and raised in Vienna, Virginia, a suburb of our nation’s capital, but my journey toward ministry began when I chose to attend high school at Northwestern Preparatory School (now Luther Preparatory School) in Watertown, WI. I later continued my studies at Northwestern College, also in Watertown, and then Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, in Mequon, WI, where I earned my Masters of Divinity degree.

God has blessed me with the opportunity to serve congregations in Great Falls, Montana and Appleton, Wisconsin, and since November of 2015, Greenfield/Rockford, Minnesota has been home for me and my family. Some of the greatest joys of my work are preaching God’s Word, helping people grow in their faith and reminding them that through faith in Jesus they are love, forgiven children of God.

My wife Tracy and I have been married since 1996.  We enjoy coaching other married couples and we are thankful for our four grown children who currently live all over the country. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors—walking, camping, kayaking, or simply spending time with family around a fire pit. I also have a passion for weight training and staying active through time at the gym.
