I am truly blessed to serve as the Administrative Assistant here at Salem. I began my journey at Salem in the 2016–2017 school year as a teacher’s aide for 3rd and 4th grade, a role I held for two years. Since the 2018–2019 school year, I have been supporting our families from the front office.

My journey here has been guided by faith and family. I grew up in Wisconsin, where I met my husband, Pastor Schuler (Lead Pastor at Anchored in Christ Lutheran Ministries). Together, we’ve followed God’s calling to serve in Montana and Wisconsin before settling here in Minnesota. While my professional background spans everything from travel and accounting to insurance, my favorite “career” by far has been being a full-time mom to our four now-grown children. Being a wife and mom was my greatest heart’s desire and remains one of my greatest joys.

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll likely find me outside hiking, camping, or kayaking. I also love a quiet morning with a hot cup of coffee, crafting, or making our house a home. Since our four children are currently living in four different states, I spend quite a bit of time brainstorming ways to bring us all together for precious family time!

What I love most about Salem is the shared faith I hold with my colleagues and the daily joy of reflecting Christ’s love to our students. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
